Our fabric is designed to better support everyday use in homes with pets, but it is not scratch-proof, claw-proof, stain-proof, or indestructible.

Does cat-friendly mean scratch-proof?

No. Cat-friendly means the product is designed for pet households, but no upholstered furniture can prevent all pet-related damage.

How do I clean pet hair, stains, or daily messes?

We recommend regular vacuuming, blotting spills immediately with a clean dry cloth, and avoiding rubbing, scrubbing, or over-wetting the fabric.

How does delivery work?

Unless otherwise stated, standard delivery is curbside delivery to the first accessible outdoor or ground-level location at your delivery address.

No. Standard curbside delivery does not include in-home placement, room-of-choice delivery, stair carry, unpacking, assembly, packaging removal, or old furniture removal.
